Elevator Modernization from Sanskar Elevator
An older lift is often structurally sound while its controller, drive and cabin are long past their useful life. Modernization replaces those parts and leaves the shaft, guide rails and structure in place — typically at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement and with far less disruption to the building.
Typical upgrades include a VVVF drive to replace a two-speed motor, a modern microprocessor controller, automatic doors in place of manual collapsible gates, ARD, and a new cabin interior. In occupied buildings we phase the work one car at a time so the building is never left without a lift.
